​Meet Ashley Carrillo, AI-GRS

I have been in the Real Estate Appraisal business since 2006.  My experience includes appraising various commercial assets, including industrial, retail, multi-family, office, vacant land, subdivision, and special use properties.  I began my career as an appraiser in Houston, Texas with National Appraisal Partners.  After gaining experience writing commercial appraisals, I went to work for Wells Fargo, RETECHS where I appraised properties in-house for the bank by preparing evaluation and summary level reports.  At Wells Fargo, I also managed over thirty appraisal review assignments simultaneously, ordered, reviewed, and analyzed both commercial and residential appraisal reports, maintained and updated approved vendor lists, and acted as a liaison between loan officers and appraisers.  Seeking to build on my expertise, I started working with Cushman and Wakefield in 2012 and gained further field appraisal experience in institutional assets.  There, I worked on a nationally recognized team of appraisal professionals and became an expert in multi-family appraisals.  In 2013, I started ANC Valuations to provide quality control appraisal reviews and real estate investment consulting.
I graduated with Bachelors of Science Degree from University of Houston and earned my Master’s Degree at the University of St. Thomas.  I am a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute.
